PicklePulse Privacy Policy
PicklePulse keeps your data on your iPhone. There is no account, no ads, and no tracking. We do not collect, receive, or sell your personal data.
Data stored on your device
Matches, scores, the reasons you lost points, debriefs, goals, training progress, and your settings (level, goal, reminder preferences) are stored only on your iPhone.
This data is never sent to us or to any server we operate. We do not have a server for PicklePulse.
Data we collect
None. PicklePulse has no analytics SDK, no crash reporting service, no advertising SDK, and no third-party tracking. Any usage events the app records stay in the device's local system log and are not transmitted.
Purchases
PicklePulse Pro is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment. We never see your name, Apple ID, or payment details. The app only checks on your device whether Pro is active, using Apple's StoreKit.
Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's Privacy Policy.
Notifications
Reminders (weekly recap, post-match nudge, pre-match focus, trial ending) are scheduled locally on your iPhone. They are optional, and you can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings. No push notification service is used.
Exporting and sharing
When you export your matches as a CSV file or share a progress card, the file is created on your device and goes only where you choose in the iOS share sheet.
Backups
If you use iCloud Backup or a computer backup, iOS may include PicklePulse data in that backup. Those backups are controlled by Apple and by you, not by us.
Deleting your data
Open Settings in the app and tap Delete all data. This removes every match, debrief, goal, and training record from your iPhone. Deleting the app also removes its data. An active subscription is managed by Apple and is not cancelled by deleting data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California) give you rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing.
Because PicklePulse keeps everything on your iPhone and we hold no copy, you can exercise these rights directly in the app: view and edit your matches, export them as CSV, or delete all data in Settings. We do not sell or share personal data. If you have a question or complaint, email us; you may also contact your local data protection authority.
Children
PicklePulse is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any data from anyone.
Changes to this policy
If a future version starts collecting any data (for example, crash reports), we will update this page and the App Store privacy label before that version is released.
